OUTSTANDING products and customer service! We moved to Tallahassee last year and purchase a home with a pool and this is how we met Aloha pools. Mr Blake (the owner) is always there and he is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers and this is what separates (locally owned) Aloha Pools from the other chain stores in Tallahassee. We purchased our Bullfrog spa from Aloha Pools and Mr Blake was very patient with us during the entire process while we took time deciding which model to pick. After we made our purchase, Mr Blake was instrumental in getting our spa delivered and set up correctly. Even after the sale, the delivery and set up, Mr Blake continued his outstanding customer serivce by periodically checking up on us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and to guide us thru properly maintaining our spa. He even help set us up with another locally own (great) pool cleaning buisness "Pegasus Pool Service" to help maintain our pool. We couldn't be happier with our expirence with Aloha Pools.

Blake is great, never tries to upsell you. Great customer service and will answer any questions you have.

Very knowledgeable folks that don't try to upsell you on unnecessary items. They're always happy to explain how to use anything you need for your pool. Maui, the boxer is often in store, and he's a delight.
